At Jenn's Body Fragrances, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we have the following refund policy in place.
All Sales Final

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used skincare products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace or refund items if:

Your order arrives damaged, or

You receive the incorrect item
To be eligible:

Contact us within [48–72] hours of delivery

Provide your order number

Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier.

Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities

We recommend reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test before use.

Refunds will not be issued due to personal reactions.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 20mins of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
